15-5 PH Steel
Stainless Steel grade 15-5 PH is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel with high strength and hardness, and exhibits excellent corrosion resistance. When compared with 17-4 PH, 15-5 PH demonstrates higher transvers toughness, ductility, better overall mechanical properties, and better forgeability. This alloy is strengthened significantly by a low temperature heat treatment and meets stringent requirements for aerospace and nuclear applications.
